Vinny and his assistant (“sidekick”) Ivan were amazing. He arrived the same day to evaluate my issue (a clogged skimmer line) and came prepared to work. He noticed how stressed I was in anticipation of a massive repair and $$$ so he never gave up. He tried every single option he could until he was able to remedy my issue. I will never go anywhere else. He also didn’t charge me an astronomical fee even though he was here for almost 3 hours!! He is my guy from now on! Sorry Leslie Pool’s you lost a customer, I’m staying with Vinny!
